Daniel Valkenborgh (Belgian - Hungarian pianist, *1995) was brought up in a musical family and started playing the piano at the age of 5. He got his first lessons from his parents, and was formally taught by Samra Mackic and Suzy Nijs at the Music Academy in Ekeren (Antwerp). He followed several masterclasses with Irene Russo and Eliane Rodrigues. After his high-school studies (Humanities) he started his advanced piano studies at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp in the class of Eliane Rodrigues.
Daniel dearly loves chamber music and the classical works of Schubert and Beethoven.
Daniel studied with Eliane Rodrigues at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp (Bachelor of Music & Master of Music) and obtained his Master’s degree piano in 2019 and his SLO in 2020.
Daniel studied harpsichord with Korneel Bernolet at the Royal Conservatoire of Antwerp and obtained his Bachelor's degree in 2022.
From January 2021 - 01 June 2021 Daniel studied harpsichord with Elina Mustonen & Annamari Pölhö at Sibelius Academy, Helsinki FIN

Daniel also studied harpsichord and organ with Ben Van Nespen and studied pianoforte with Piet Kuijken.
